Simon has over thirty years experience specialising in the conservation, restoration and management of nationally important landscapes. He has advised a wide range of site owners and clients including The National Trust, the Forestry Commission, local authorities, private owners, charitable trusts and the Duchy of Cornwall, in England, Wales and Ireland, and maintains long term working relationships with many of these. Simon is a Chartered Forester.

Caroline is a landscape historian with qualifications in Garden History and the Conservation of the Historic Environment. She has over twenty years' experience of researching and working with a range of rural, urban, archaeological and designed landscapes, addressing their various conservation and management issues and assisting clients with applications for grants, in particular, to the Heritage Lottery Fund and Natural England.

Julia is a forester and landscape manager with practical experience in the implementation of historic parkland management, including the restoration of lakes and conservation of veteran trees. She has had a career for more than thirty years helping the owners of small woodlands bring their woods into beneficial management, as Dutch Elm Disease control officer in East Sussex; woodland advisor with Silvanus in Devon; and as forest and farm manager for Nettlecombe Estate, including Nettlecombe Park SSSI, on Exmoor.
